Kaustav Jyoti Borah received the B. Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Gauhati University,Assam (India) in 2013 and the M.S. degree (by research) in Electrical Engineering specializing in Control Systems and Systems Engineering from University of California, USA in 2016. He worked as an Adjunct Professor in the department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at California State University, Los Angeles, USA from January 2017 to May 2017. He is now working towards a PhD degree in Aerospace Engineering under Guidance of Dr. Kumar. Kaustav Received many awards and scholarships from his childhood due to his high academic standards. He has authored eight research papers, published in reputed journals and conferences of IEEE. He published one novel in 2010 and his second book is under process. His research areas include on Heterogeneous systems, Multi Agent Systems, Reinforcement learning, intelligent Transportations Systems, Nonlinear control, Ramp Metering Problems etc. He can be contacted via email
