Dr. Xingwei (Nancy) Yang is an Assistant Professor in the Information Technology Management at the Ted Rogers School of Management, Toronto Metropolitan University. She is also a Constituency Council member of the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) and a core member of the Operations & Supply Chain Analytics Research (OSCAR) Centre at TMU. Dr. Yang received her Ph.D. in Management Analytics from Queen's University and holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics from the University of British Columbia (UBC).
Dr. Yang's research focuses on leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to solve complex challenges across various domains. Her work has been published in prestigious journals such as Decision Support Systems, the International Journal of Information Management, and the Journal of Service Research.
Alongside her academic achievements, Dr. Yang brings extensive practical experience, having collaborated with prominent organizations such as Scotiabank, the Scotiabank Centre for Customer Analytics, Loblaws, TD Canada Trust, and PwC.
1. Thesis Supervision: Dr. Yang is seeking highly motivated and dedicated students from the MScM and Data Science and Analytics programs .
